REGOLAMENTO

Le prenotazioni confermate potranno essere annullate rispettando le seguenti modalità:

• In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate fino a 7 giorni prima della data prevista di arrivo non viene addebitato alcun costo.
• In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate fino a 3 giorni prima della data prevista di arrivo viene addebitato il 100% del costo della prima notte.
• In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate oltre tale termine o di mancata presentazione viene addebitato l'intero importo del soggiorno.

Orario Check-in 14.00 – 21.00; Orario Check-out: massimo ore 12.00
Se prevedete di arrivare al di fuori degli orari stabiliti per il check-in, è necessario informare la struttura in anticipo. Eventuali richieste di arrivo tardivo devono essere confermate dalla struttura.
Per rendere il vostro soggiorno più piacevole e migliorare la convivenza vi preghiamo di rispettare le seguenti regole:

• Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato all’arrivo nella struttura.
• E’ vietato fumare all’interno della struttura (camere ed ambienti comuni).
• Il deposito bagagli deve essere concordato con la direzione all’arrivo nella struttura.
• Gli ospiti non potranno far entrare altre persone nella struttura che non siano registrate salvo previa richiesta alla direzione.
• Per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti o danni da risarcire si prega di non gettare nulla nel water al di fuori della carta igienica ma di usare l’apposito cestino.
• E’ vietato buttare per terra gli asciugamani o farne un uso improprio. In caso di danneggiamenti la direzione si rivarrà sui responsabili.
• E’ vietato gettare oggetti dalle finestre.
• La perdita o la rottura delle chiavi date in custodia all’ospite comporterà una penale di risarcimento delle stesse.
• E’ fatto assoluto divieto di arrecare disturbo agli altri ospiti ad esempio ascoltando musica o tv ad alto volume o emettendo grida e schiamazzi a tarda ora.
• E’ vietato introdurre animali.
• E’ vietata ogni pratica illecita contraria al Codice Penale e al comune senso morale. Eventuali violazioni saranno denunciate agli Organi di Polizia competenti.
• Gli ospiti sono obbligati a rispettare il Regolamento del Condominio.
• E’ vietato sporcare o danneggiare gli ambienti comuni quali citofoni, portone, atrio, scale etc. Ripetute lamentele per il non rispetto di questa disposizione ci vedrà costretti ad allontanare i responsabili  dalla struttura senza restituzione delle somme versate.

La direzione non si assume la responsabilità di eventuali furti di oggetti lasciati incustoditi.

GUIDELINES

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled in the following ways:

• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
•  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in time: 14.00 – 21.00; Check-out time: max 12.00
If you expect to arrive outside office hours for check-in, you must inform the property in advance. Any requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the house.
In order to make your stay more enjoyable please observe the following rules:

• The balance is due upon arrival
• Smoking inside the property is not allowed (rooms and common areas).
• The luggage deposit should be agreed with the management upon arrival at the facility.
• Guests will not be allowed to let nonregistered guest  into the structure without prior request to management.
• To avoid disappointments or damages please do not throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Use the recycle bin for everything else.
• It is forbidden to throw towels on the floor or use them improperly. In case of damage, the management will recoup against those responsible from the initial deposit.
• It is forbidden to throw any objects from the window.
• The loss or broken keys given to the guests will entail a penalty for compensation of them
• Please  respect the privacy of other guests by not listening to loud music, screaming or shouting, or watching TV on a high volume.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring animals.
• Any illegal practice contrary to the Penal Code and common moral sense will be reported to the competent authority.
• Guests must respect Conominium's Regolation
• It is forbidden to soil or damage the common areas such as intercoms, front door, hall, stairs etc. Repeated complaints for not respecting this regulation will obligate us to expel the responsible party from the property without refund of the amount paid.

The management is not responsible for any theft of items left unattended.
